Dr. Jackson was raised in Calgary, where she completed both a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) at the University of Calgary. She went on to complete her core internal medicine residency in Saskatoon, before returning to Calgary to pursue a fellowship in General Internal Medicine. In 2025, Dr. Jackson joined the General Internal Medicine team at the Peter Lougheed Centre. She is also currently pursuing a Master of Education in the Health Professions through Johns Hopkins University, reflecting her strong interest in medical education.
