What Constitutes a Medical Emergency?

Call 911 immediately if you or someone else is experiencing:

Life-Threatening Symptoms:

  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

  • Chest pain or pressure

  • Severe bleeding that won't stop

  • Loss of consciousness or fainting

  • Severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, swelling of face/throat)

  • Signs of stroke (sudden weakness, slurred speech, facial drooping)

  • Signs of heart attack (chest pain, arm pain, nausea, sweating)

  • Severe burns

  • Suspected poisoning or overdose

  • Severe head injuries

  • Broken bones with visible deformity

  • Suicidal thoughts or intentions

Pediatric Emergencies:

  • High fever in infants under 3 months

  • Difficulty breathing in children

  • Signs of severe dehydration

  • Ingestion of potentially harmful substances

  • Severe allergic reactions

Our Clinic Hours and Limitations

  • 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

After-Hours Policy:

  • Our clinic is not staffed 24/7

  • For urgent needs outside our hours, use the emergency resources listed above
