These specialized consultations are ideal for diagnostic clarification when primary care assessment requires additional expertise, chronic disease management involving multiple organ systems, and coordination of care across various medical specialties.

We welcome referrals for patients presenting with multisystem issues, unexplained symptoms requiring specialist evaluation, or cases requiring internist expertise in Calgary and surrounding communities. Our general internal medicine specialists excel in managing complex medical conditions, providing diagnostic clarity for challenging cases, and developing comprehensive treatment strategies that address the whole patient.

Current referral limitations: We are not currently accepting referrals for long COVID or generalized fatigue without significant associated abnormalities in laboratory work or imaging studies.
